What is Pilates?
Pilates is a system of movements designed to exercise and stabilise your body. Concentrating on the deep abdominal and back muscles initially, the technique aims to strengthen and lengthen the body from the inside out. The movements are done with though and precision, hence it is often called a „body and mind“ technique.
Pilates develops breathing, relaxation, co-ordination and concentration, reducing stress and leading to higher energy levels.
After ten sessions you will feel better
After twenty sessions you will note changes to your own body
After thirty sessions the changes to your body will note the others
Who is Radka Krabcová?
She attend Pilates method since 2004. As a professional Pilates trainer has been working since 2006. My personal experience I would like to forward all those who want to be in good shape.

Private or small group lesson
Private lesson can take place at your home, office, shop, anywhere you would wish (exercises on the mat with small tools – Magic Circle, Towel, Roller, CoreBand, Terra Band, Rod, GymBall, Spinecorrector, exercise equipment)
Small group lesson are for group of friends, colleague, family – 1-4 persons
(the same as private lesson)
